A HIGHLY SELECTIVE PROGRAM

To date, Teach For Armenia has received over 5,000 applications from individuals interested in joining our two-year Teacher Leadership Program (a.k.a. “Program”). In 2022, we accepted only 6% of those who applied. Meaning, when you are accepted by Teach For Armenia, you are among a select number of change-makers.

**The Master’s in Teacher Leadership is available to individuals who are joining Teach For Armenia who will be teaching specific subjects and do not possess a teaching degree.

Bachelor's degree as of
July 2023.

Fluency in Armenian, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to live
and teach in one of
Teach For Armenia’s partner communities for two years.

WHERE WILL I TEACH?  

Teach For Armenia specifically prioritizes working in rural, mountainous, and border communities across Armenia and Artsakh. During the selection process, you will get the chance to share your regional preferences. However, at the end of the day, the needs of students will always come first.
