PROGRAM
The Teacher Leadership Program (Program) — one of the flagship initiatives under the newly unveiled Armenia Education Foundation — is Teach For Armenia’s two-year teacher-leadership journey. Through the Program, we recruit and develop exceptional university graduates and professionals, empowering them to teach in underserved communities while cultivating the skills, mindset, and experience needed to become transformational leaders in education.
By combining classroom impact with leadership development, the Program equips participants to reimagine learning, advance educational equity, and drive systemic change across the country.
