Day 4 offers an immersive look into the heart of our work — Guests will split into two groups: one will visit a Seroond school community, where they’ll experience innovative, student-centered learning in action. The other group will visit our Teacher Leadership Academy and Summer Camp, where participants will see how we train our Teacher-Leaders through intensive coaching, practical workshops, and leadership development. This day is all about witnessing how bold ideas turn into classroom impact—and how a new generation of changemakers is being equipped to lead Armenia’s educational transformation.
